I would like to share some feedbacks regarding them from some of my coworkers.
First, currently, the number of staff who plan to take the childcare leave has been increasing. The leave sounds benefical. However, seemingly, the break does not apply male workers.
I suggest that you should change the regulation for them. Our workplace will be more comfortable.
